I live too far away. Can I send my curtains in and have them returned?
Yes, absolutely. Many of our clients from outside Brisbane use Australia Post, courier services, or even Uber delivery to send curtains directly to our studio. Once completed, we’ll arrange return shipping to your nominated address. Please note: all postage or courier costs are covered by the client unless otherwise agreed.

How fast is the turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary depending on the number of curtains and our current schedule. For reference, a standard 3-bedroom home can typically be completed within 72 hours. If you have a deadline or urgent request, let us know — we’ll always try our best to accommodate you.

What types of payment do you accept?

If you're not able to pay in person, we can issue an invoice with payment details.

Can I drop off my curtains in person?
Yes. You're welcome to visit our studio to drop off your curtains. We're located downstairs within the Ranchhod Arcade, Shop 20 / 197–201 Beaudesert Road, Brisbane QLD 4105. Please call ahead to confirm drop-off times.

Do you work with interior designers or commercial projects?
We love collaborating with interior designers, property stylists, real estate agents, hotels, resorts, and yacht owners. If you’re planning a project, get in touch — we can tailor our services to meet your scope and deadline.

What if I need help measuring?
If you're unsure about the exact measurements, we can guide you over the phone or via video call. Alternatively, if you're comfortable, you can simply put a pin or safety clip on each side of the curtain to show where you'd like it hemmed — we’ll take care of the rest with precision.
Accurate measurements lead to the best finish, but we're always happy to help you find the easiest option that works for you.

Do you create custom curtains from scratch?
Yes. In addition to alterations and hemming, we also offer custom-made curtains to suit your space, style, and dimensions. Fabric selection, pleating options, and full design services are available upon request.

Do you offer discounts?
We offer bulk order pricing for larger projects, such as resorts, real estate portfolios, or multi-room homes. While we don’t offer ongoing discounts, we’re happy to review your order and provide a tailored quote. Reach out for a personalised assessment.
