  • Curtains provided for alteration must be clean and ready for work.

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

  • A 50% deposit may be required for large or commercial orders.

  • Turnaround times are estimated at booking and may vary during busy periods.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing faults or damage to client-supplied fabrics.

We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with the outcome of your curtain service, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Refunds or alterations may be offered for craftsmanship issues.

  • No refunds are provided for change of mind or incorrect measurements supplied by the client.

  • Items returned via post must be in original, unused condition.

Shipping Policy

We support both local drop-off and delivery via courier or Australia Post.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.

  • We recommend tracked shipping for all orders.
